This Privacy Policy is effective as of 14th October, 2021.

New Edge Solutions, LLC (“New Edge”, “we”, “us” and “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and we encourage you to read and learn more about the terms of our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). By visiting New Edge’s Site, accessing New Edge’s proprietary software (as updated or upgraded from time-to-time and including any third party software made available in conjunction with such software) or using any of our services (collectively, with the Software, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning as provided in New Edge’s Terms of Service (the “Agreement”), found at https://bucket.io/terms-and-conditions/, and incorporated herein.

WE MAY MODIFY THIS PRIVACY POLICY AT ANY TIME, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, AND SUCH MODIFICATION SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON EITHER POSTING OF THE MODIFIED PRIVACY POLICY ON THE SITE OR NOTIFYING YOU. USE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT NOW IS SUBJECT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY IN EFFECT AT THE TIME SUCH INFORMATION IS COLLECTED. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THIS PRIVACY POLICY PERIODICALLY TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF ANY MODIFICATIONS. YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE, SERVICES AND/OR SOFTWARE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED PRIVACY POLICY.

Information Covered in This Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy covers New Edge’s treatment of Personal Information (as defined herein) that New Edge gathers when you are accessing the Site, New Edge’s treatment of Customer Personal Information (as defined herein) and when you use any part of the Service. This Privacy Policy also covers New Edge’s treatment of any Personal Information and Customer Personal Information that New Edge’s business partners share with New Edge. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that New Edge does not own or control, or to individuals that New Edge does not employ or manage.

Collection of Your Information. In order to access the Service, you will be required to register for a New Edge Account. You may register for an Account by providing certain personally identifiable information such as, your name, e-mail address, addresses, and telephone number. Any information that can readily identify a person is considered “Personal Information” and includes any personally sensitive information as well such as political opinions and religious or philosophical beliefs. It is your responsibility to give us current, complete, truthful and accurate information, including Personal Information, and to keep such information up to date. New Edge will not be responsible for any problems or liability related to inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information, whether due to your failure to update such Personal Information or otherwise.

In addition to the Personal Information, we may collect the following general information you provide (collectively with Personal Information, the “Information”):

  • Information from publicly accessible sources, such as blogs and comments from other Users.
  • Certain standard browser information, such as your browser type, IP address, and access times.
  • Version of the Software you are using and language code of the device where you installed the Software.
  • Location Information from location-aware device.

In using and/or accessing the Services or the Software, you expressly authorize us to collect and use your Information in connection with the Services. You further acknowledge and agree that New Edge may, but is not obligated to, maintain copies of your Information indefinitely, or delete any or all Information, at our sole discretion. When you receive promotional e-mails or newsletters from New Edge, if any, we may use customized links or similar technologies to determine whether such newsletters or e-mail has been opened and which links you click. This information is used to provide you more focused e-mail communications and/or other information.

Use of Your Personal Information. New Edge collects and uses your Information to operate and improve the Site and better deliver the Services. These uses may include performing analysis aimed at improving the Service; making the Site or Services more user friendly by reducing the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information; and displaying advertising and content that are tailored to your preferences and interests. New Edge may support the Site and the Service by advertising, and accordingly, New Edge may use some of the information collected in order to customize the advertisements to your interests and preferences.  However, the process of selecting customized ads tailored to you will use data that does not personally identify you, such as using demographic data such as ZIP code. New Edge may also use your Information to communicate with you, such as providing you with mandatory notices or discretionary notices about the Service. From time to time, New Edge may also send you surveys or promotional mailings to inform you of other products or services available from New Edge and its affiliates. New Edge is headquartered in the United States of America. Information may be accessed by us or transferred to us in the United States or to our affiliates, business partners, or service providers elsewhere in the world. By providing us with Information, you consent to this transfer. We will protect the privacy and security of Information according to our Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed or stored.

Disclosing of Your Personal Information to Third Parties. New Edge does not sell, rent, lease or disclose your Personal Information. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, your Personal Information will be used only by New Edge and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates, and your Personal Information will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent. By accessing your Account, you may choose to share your Personal Information with select New Edge partners so that they can contact you about their respective products, services or offers. New Edge may hire other companies to provide limited administrative and communication services on New Edge’ behalf, such as hosting Sites, the processing and delivery of mailings or providing customer support. New Edge has the right to disclose your Personal Information to these third party companies for the purpose of administering and maintaining the Site’s features, functions and operations. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only such Personal Information as necessary for them to deliver the respective services, and New Edge does not authorize these companies to use your Personal Information except for the sole purpose of providing those services requested by New Edge.

New Edge may use third party analytics providers and products to obtain, compile and analyze Information about how Users are using and interacting with New Edge and/or the Services. New Edge may provide Information to these analytics providers for the purpose of obtaining statistics and other information about how users are using and interacting with New Edge. These analytics providers may use a variety of established or new tracking technologies or tools (including, without limitation, cookies, web beacons, HTTP cache, local shared objects and persistent identifiers) to recognize your computer or device and/or to collect or compile this information. New Edge has no control over the technologies, tools or practices of the third parties that providing analytics products and services to New Edge. New Edge may use third party transcription service provides and products to transcribe information submitted or collected through the Services.

New Edge uses a third party service provider to process payment transactions. New Edge does not collect, store or otherwise have access to credit card information. New Edge’s payment processor is presently Stripe (the “Processor”). You should review the Processor’s Security Policy to ensure that you are comfortable with their use and disclosure of your information. Client Use Data

In using the Services, you may be providing to New Edge or uploading to your Account information regarding the activities, preferences, questionnaires, surveys, and/or information (the “Client User Data”) on your customers or other third parties (collectively, the “Customers”). Such Client User Data may include or be linked to Personal Information of such Customer (“Customer Personal Information”) and/or to non-personally identifiable information of such Customer including IP address, zip codes, browser type, and geo-location. Client User Data is stored on New Edge’s web servers and databases (including those hosted on third party servers on behalf of New Edge) for use in providing the Services. In using and/or accessing the Services or the Software, you (a) expressly authorize us to collect and use Client Level Data in connection with the Services, and (b) acknowledge and agree that New Edge may, but is not obligated to, maintain copies of your Client Level Data indefinitely, or delete any or all Client Level Data, at our sole discretion.

You understand, acknowledge and agree that New Edge contractually requires you to (i) abide by all applicable state, federal and international laws, rules and regulations, including all terms and conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions License Agreement, as well as other applicable laws relating to privacy, data collection and transfer of Client Use Data, and (ii) obtain any necessary consents from applicable third parties, including from your Customers, in connection with such use of its Services. You agree to comply with all applicable law, rules, and regulations regarding the collection of Client Use Data, including, but not limited to, (A) posting an easily accessible privacy notice on your website (which shall be linked to conspicuously from the home page(s) of your website) which contains language that clearly conveys to your Customers that you collect data regarding Customer’s online activities over time and across non-affiliated web sites, mobile applications, or online services, as applicable, and that indicates such collected data (1) may include Customer Personal Information, and (2) is disclosed to New Edge in connection with the Services; and (B) providing links to industry-developed websites or other tools that permit your Customer to opt out of such data collection practices. You further agree that New Edge cannot be held responsible for your failure to make these disclosures on your website or for your use or collection of Client Use Data that is not permitted under this Privacy Policy or otherwise.

New Edge may use Client Use Data in performing the Services for you, including analyzing such Client Use Data to help you evaluate and understand such Client Use Data and creating and identifying specific audiences to be used on social network websites. Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, New Edge does not sell, rent, lease or disclose Client Use Data, and Client Use Data will be used only by New Edge and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates. Client Use Data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent. New Edge may use third party transcription service provides and products to transcribe information submitted or collected through the Services. Client Use Data, including any Personal Information contained therein, may also be shared with certain third-party companies and individuals that help facilitate technical and administrative aspects of the Service (e.g., credit card processing), or perform functions related to the administration of New Edge (e.g. hosting services). These third parties perform tasks on our behalf and are contractually obligated not to disclose or use Client Use Data for any other purpose, and to employ adequate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to such data. However, New Edge is not responsible in the event that Client Use Data, including any Personal Information contained therein, is disclosed at a result of a breach or security lapse by any such third party.

EU 2016/679 – GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) COMPLIANCE.We strive to fully comply with the new regulations set forth in the GDPR established by the EU. By accessing this Site and our products, you hereby acknowledge that we may process personal data (information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person), including but not limited to: names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, credit card details, financial information, posts on social media websites, and your and others’ IP addresses. To the extent any personal data we process is governed by the GDPR, it will be treated in compliance with the GDPR.

Specifically, any personal data we process is collected for a legal and lawful reason, including, but not limited to, providing you with a tailored experience to our website, exposure and access to and our and our affiliates’ products, and help you advance your own business. Further, we protect any personal data collected and limit nature and scope of data collected to that which is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is being processed (‘data minimization’). For example, if you purchase one of our products, we will process the personal data necessary to execute your purchase of the product and allow you to subsequently access and use the product. Such personal data may include your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, password, payment information (credit card number, bank account information), and/or IP address.

You have the absolute right to withdraw your consent, request erasure, and/or object to our processing of any of your personal data that we may process. Simply send an email to contact@bucket.io with the subject line: “I hereby [withdraw my consent, and/or request reassure, and/or object] to my data being processed under the GDPR” and include in the body of your email your name. Upon receipt of your email we will cease processing your personal data. Should you desire to exercise your right to erasure or object to our processing of your personal data, please also include this request in the body of the email, and we will follow the procedures set forth in GDPR Art. 17, 18, and/or 21. Note, however, that notwithstanding your exercise of your right to withdraw, object and/or request erasure, we will not provide any refunds for products purchased beyond the deadline(s) established for the respective product(s) you purchased.

Upon request, pursuant to GDPR Art. 12 and 15, we agree to provide you with information regarding any of your personal data that we have processed, including the following:
1) the purposes of the processing;
2) the categories of personal data concerned;
3) the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organizations;
4) where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
5) he existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing;
6) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
7) where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source;
8) the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.

We will strive to provide you with this information within one (1) month of such request. We further reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for such request and/or refuse such request pursuant to GDPR Art. 12 (5).

We take the protection of personal data seriously and not only strive to process and retain it in the safest manner possible but also, we have measures in place that detect and alert us to any data breaches that may occur, and will notify you in the unlikely event that any of your personal data is affected by any breach. Unless you have provided us explicit consent and/or you have volunteered without solicitation such personal data, we do not process any personal data that reveals your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

Mandatory Disclosure You understand and agree that New Edge may access and/or disclose Personal Information about you or your Account and/or Client Use Data without your prior consent if New Edge has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) comply with legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authority; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of New Edge (including the enforcement of our agreements); (c) enforce the Agreement, Terms and Conditions, License Agreement and this Privacy Policy; (d) operate or conduct maintenance and repair of the Site or equipment as authorized by law; (e) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Site, the Services or members of the public; or (f) comply with a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, transfer of control, joint venture of other business combination. New Edge is not required to question or contest the validity of any search warrant, subpoena or other similar governmental request that we receive. In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if New Edge, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of New Edge may continue to use your Information and/or Client Use Data as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Use of Aggregated Data. New Edge may support the Site and the Service by selling your or your Customers’ non-Personal Information (e.g. data that does not personally identify you, such as demographic data such as ZIP code or aggregated data, or Personal Information which is aggregated and reformatted into an irreversible non-Personal Information form) to third parties, and by accessing the Services, you acknowledge, understand and agree to such use.

Security of Personal Information and Client Use Data. The Personal Information and Client Use Data that New Edge collects is securely stored within our database, and we use standard, industry-wide practices such as firewalls, encryption, and (in certain areas) Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) for protecting such information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. New Edge cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to New Edge over the Internet. New Edge recommends that you not disclose your password to anyone.

Information Collected Automatically. We may receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with the Site and/or Service. New Edge may choose to automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. New Edge uses “cookies” to collect non-personal data and information. Cookies are small text files a Site uses to recognize repeat users, and is typically placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies contain information that can later be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. The way cookies function is by assigning a number to the user that has no meaning outside of the assigning Site. You should be aware that New Edge cannot control the use of cookies (or the resulting information) by New Edge’s third-party partners or advertisers. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use other interactive features of the Site and Service that depend on cookies.

Additionally, if the settings on your location-aware device allow New Edge to receive your location information, New Edge will collect that automatically. If New Edge associates location information with other Personal Information, this Privacy Policy governs how New Edge would use that information too.

Collection and Use of Children’s Personal Information. The Site and the Services are intended for general audiences, and New Edge does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children.

E-mail Communications. Upon registration for an Account or using the Services, we may send you daily or weekly e-mails. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please notify us by e-mail at support@bucket.io and include sufficient information for us to identify your Account, including your name, email address and the specifics of your request. However, after you unsubscribe to cease receiving e-mails, New Edge may still contact you via e-mail for administrative or informational purposes, including messages regarding the administration of your account and/or any services or events to which you have registered.

Advertisements Displayed by Third Parties. New Edge may allow third-party ad serving companies, including ad networks, to display advertisements on the Site. Ad serving companies may place a persistent cookie on your computer in order to recognize your computer each time they display an online advertisement to you, and as such, they may be able to compile information over time about whether you reviewed or clicked on advertisements they display.  These companies may use this information to display targeted advertisements and may associate this information with your subsequent visits, purchases or other activities on participating advertisers’ Sites.  New Edge has no access to or control over cookies of these links to other Sites and organizations, nor does New Edge have control over or access to cookies by New Edge’s third-party partners or advertisers. This Privacy Policy does not cover any use of Personal Information that a third-party advertiser or ad server may collect from you.
